the staff was just very nice!!! ms. virgie, ms. criselda, and sir lito were great!!! they were so friendly and helpful, they made sure i had everything i needed!!! they even helped me with a gum infection, told me to gargle salt water!!! they shared great tips to enjoy the city too!!!

the elevator was pretty slow, i waited a bit sometimes!!!

i appreciated the proximity to many attractions. the location near the subway line was useful. the staff was attentive to requests i have. the channels on tv were pretty good.
